Izabela Grabelus
LEGAL COUNSEL, TAX ADVISOR
I am a legal counsel, tax advisor and lecturer specializing in income taxation, with many years of experience in legal and tax advisory for Polish and foreign enterprises.
I am a graduate of law, administration and economics from the University of Wrocław and finance and accounting from the University of Economics in Wrocław. I gained experience in international corporations and law offices serving both small and medium-sized entrepreneurs and large companies.
Co-founder of Gawron Grabelus Tax & Legal Sp. z o.o., within which I conduct tax advisory. Services are also provided in English.
Paweł Minartowicz
ATTORNEY
In his professional practice, he specializes mainly in legal services for entities conducting sole proprietorships and natural persons. The main part of his practice consists of representation in civil court proceedings concerning debt collection, broadly understood inheritance law and real estate law.
Graduate of law at the Jagiellonian University, during his attorney apprenticeship he cooperated with a tax advisor.
Paulina Jędruś
LEGAL COUNSEL AND MEDIATOR
As a legal counsel, I offer entrepreneurs permanent or ad hoc legal support for their business activities, while also providing legal support for private matters – family, inheritance or consumer affairs. I handle business matters, employment cases, real estate law matters. I represent entrepreneurs in court proceedings and before administrative bodies, prepare legal documents, business contracts, make changes in the National Court Register, and provide legal advice.
I am also a permanent court mediator at the Regional Court in Wrocław. I conduct court and out-of-court mediations, including in business disputes between entrepreneurs.

I am an entrepreneur and business expert. I have both Polish and Swiss education and I constantly improve myself. For over 12 years I have worked in the field of accounting and tax solutions in Switzerland. My clients can benefit from my international network of contacts and experience in taxation, real estate, finance, marketing and other areas. I help clients who run or want to run a business realize their potential. In these processes, I combine classical tools, new technologies and personal development techniques. I offer tax consulting, profit optimization, analysis and strategy development for companies in the field of modernization and digitalization of processes. For private clients, I help with tax residence transfer, income compensation, international retirement and insurance matters and others. In my private life, I am interested in art, personal development and new technologies.
